“I just have to write to tell you how pleased I am with my new kitchen!

From my first contact with Kuchenworld I knew I’d made the right choice. Saj arrived whilst the house was in chaos – pretty much a construction site! But that didn’t faze him one bit. He was happy to sit on the floor and take as long as necessary to establish what I wanted and needed. He provided a totally professional and individual service which is absolutely second-to-none.

 He brought a vast array of different samples with him - this allowed me to be able to make my decision based on the actual sample rather than from looking at pictures in a booklet or on the internet. I was also able to see the quality of the kitchen at first hand. Saj has an incredible in-depth knowledge of the product and has a natural ability for creating superb designs. He was very quick to understand what I wanted and how best to achieve this and he was also very honest, explaining that there wasn’t quite enough space to include the breakfast bar I’d wanted, but coming up with an alternative solution that was equally good.

It was obvious that Kuchenworld wanted me to be totally delighted with my kitchen and gave me valuable advice to get the right accessories and the best layout for the space available. He showed me how it would look on his laptop as we designed it and even brought me pictures of the final design so that my builder and electrician would have the necessary information for locating sockets and wiring.

They made sure that I kept within my budget but did not compromise on the look of the kitchen in any way and he kept regularly in touch with me throughout – in fact it almost feels like he’s become one of the family!

From start to finish the whole process seemed so effortless. This was entirely due to superb organisational skills – and as a result I had a totally stress-free experience. I’d recommend Saj and Kuchenworld to anyone I know who is looking for a new kitchen – and even anyone who isn’t!”
